We have had one of these for a year now and the birds love it. It works perfectly and is just the right size to encourage finches, nuthatches, chicadees, sparrows all while keeping the Jays and Mourning Doves off (they get the tray feeders). This feeder the first to empty, and you can’t beat the price. We drilled a hole in the bottom of the bottle and hung it up with baler twine. I am ordering more and cannot wait to try the one that suction cups to the window.

|Product is Not what the picture shows,
I ordered this item thinking that it looked like the picture on this page. The picture shows a green dish that holds water for birds that you use a plastic bottle to hold more water. What I received was a tiny bird feeder that maybe a finch could land on. I paid more for the shipping than the product which was my mistake. So returning this silly looking useless product would be more waste of money. I’m very unhappy.

|it works but breaks easily,
It works nicely, looks good. The birds seem to perfer this style over the round dish style that screw on to soda bottles, at least the birds at my house. The stems break real easily due to being cheap plastic. the little finches and chickadees still use it with no problem even with the stems broken off.
